"Data Points" is what UPSELL use to calculate the charge applied to your account. Data Points is equal to "Number of Customers in your database" multiply by "Number of Products in your shop".
You can check it in real-time on your account in the admin console.
1. Login to the CXBOX admin console
2. Go to ‘subscription’ section
3. Look at the "Summary". However, when your data points reaches 90% of the maximum numbers of quota, the system will send you a notification to aware of this.
Even your Data Points are out, you can still be able to access the report, however, the recommendation engine will not run until you extend more quota.
