How to calculate data points?

CXBOX Recommendation considers the data points are multiplying of number of products and number of customers in the shop. 

For example: Let say you have two lazada shops. One of the shop has 20 products with total 1,000 customers and the data points for this shop will be 20,000. The other shop has 15 products with 500 customers and the data points will be 7,500. So, the total number of data points for both shop will be 27,500.
