To integrate your Amazon shop with CXBOX without using API, go to Amazon Seller Central and sign in with your Amazon Seller account.
Then, follow these steps:
Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Your Merchant Token
On the Merchant Token page, copy the merchant token for the selected country and paste it into the CXBOX Console. And then, create the preferred email address that will be used with the mail server to create the ticket in Zendesk. Finally, click Save to complete the setup.
