Log in to your Zendesk account, then go to the admin center.
To create an API key for your Conversations API, select
- "Apps and Integration"
- Go to the left sidebar; you will see the "APIs" session, then click "Conversations API"
- and then click "Create API Key".
Define the name of your API key and then click “Next”.
To copy your API keys, click on the "Copy" button next to each key.
