Admin Console

• Invoice Template: Allow the administrator to select the TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada template designs.
• Automatic Replies: Up to 10 auto replies are supported, along with a defined trigger circumstance.
• Shopee API Key Expiry Notification: Automatically notify to the account owner's email of CXBOX to re-generate and update a new Shopee API key in CXBOX admin console every 90-day.

Custom App

• Invoice: A Zendesk agent can generate an invoice for the order and deliver it to the customer via a Zendesk ticket.
• Order Note: Customer's order notes are visible in the order information.

Improvements

• Auto removing external links to ensure that the Zendesk agent does not accidentally send the external link to prevent any violations of the eCommerce platform.
